Jonathan began his safety career as an associate at Walmart where he earned Safety Associate of the Month. That small award was the catalyst for a career in safety. Jonathan spent the next two decades learning and applying safety standards to every position he held, whether on the manufacturing floor as a sand blaster or as a safety specialists on multiple military bases.  Jonathan began his consulting firm after working with a growing manufacturing plant that had no safety procedures or programs in place. The gratitude from the employees and management team inspired Jonathan to provide his services to other small and medium sized business.
