His career began on the front lines, earning early recognition that shaped his people-first approach to safety. Holding a PhD in EOHS Engineering and multiple advanced certifications, Dr. Smith helps organizations build compliant, resilient safety programs that protect workers, strengthen culture, and drive sustainable business performance.

Fantasia is the Director of Business Relations for J. Smith Safety, where she leads strategic partnerships, client engagement, and growth initiatives. With a strong focus on relationship-building and service excellence, she connects organizations with practical safety solutions tailored to their operational needs. Fantasia works closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from first contact through long-term collaboration, helping organizations strengthen safety performance while achieving sustainable business outcomes.
